Job Description / Responsibility:

• Help manage and grow Company’s presence on social media platforms 
• Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and opportunities to engage with our audience.
• Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts
• Assist in setting up and monitoring paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
• Analyze the performance of campaigns and suggest optimizations to improve ROI.
• Assist in the creation, distribution, and analysis of email marketing campaigns.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences to inform marketing strategies.
• Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall company goals.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Educational Requirements:

- BBA/MBA in marketing or a related field.

Monthly allowance:

- 8,000 BDT
