Job Description / Responsibility:

- Develop and implement a cohesive digital marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities.
- Create and manage compelling and relevant content across various digital channels, including website, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with product positioning and target audience needs.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze social media trends, track performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
- Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.
- Oversee the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Nurture leads through effective email communication to drive conversions.
- Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing efforts.
- Provide regular reports and insights to leadership, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Proficient in SEO, SEM, social media management, and email marketing.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience Requirements:

5 Years of proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on software or technology companies.
