Job Description / Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement a cohesive digital marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities.
  • Create and manage compelling and relevant content across various digital channels, including website, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with product positioning and target audience needs.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze social media trends, track performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
  • Nurture leads through effective email communication to drive conversions.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital marketing efforts.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to leadership, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Qualification:
====================

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficient in SEO, SEM, social media management, and email marketing.
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

     

Experience Requirements:
===================

5 Years of proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on software or technology companies.
