Job Description / Responsibility:

  • Assist in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through basic market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Support the development and maintenance of a sales pipeline to help achieve team targets.
  • Learn and build foundational knowledge about web applications, software functionality, and digital marketplaces.
  • Contribute to building and nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients under guidance from senior team members.
  • Understand client needs and objectives to help tailor solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Participate in preparing and delivering sales presentations or demonstrations alongside senior sales staff.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and learn to bridge technical and non-technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions, and share findings with the team.
  • Use market intelligence to support positioning of products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, and customer support) to gain exposure to end-to-end sales processes and deliver a customer-focused approach.

- BBA/MBA in marketing or a related field.
